很多人可能沒有想過，這霧霾是怎么來的，有因必有果，當馬路上的車流量一日比一日多的時候，當鞭炮“噼噼啪啪”響起的時候，就注定了我們一定要吃這樣的苦果。看看春節期間，好容易這煙花量比往年少了一些，誰知這商家開業及元宵節放的鞭炮比春節都多，好一個火樹銀花不夜天，可是，這不夜天換回來的不僅是一次盛大的視覺宴會，更多的是一次又一次的霧霾天氣，這飄逸在空氣中的細小顆粒物，一般的口罩根本抵擋不住，只會給人們帶來一次又一次的傷害。

不過，相對的自我保護也是要有的。為了避免吸入霧霾，霧霾天氣切勿開窗。出去旅游，或者游玩時，請戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶，并且適量補充維生素D。還要多喝水，飲食要清淡。
霧霾還會引發許多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各種危害人體健康的大病。
保護自己，與霧霾做斗爭是最重要的，霧霾雖然恐怖，但是人們還是想出許多辦法與霧霾決戰，如：人工降雨等。但是，這畢竟只能小范圍短時間地控制霧霾，不是長久之計。所以，大家應該保護環境。
保護環境吧!讓這幾年的霧霾天氣逐漸減少吧!讓人們不用因此而死亡!
