(一)怎樣才能得高分
海口凡諾學堂高考英語作文建議：從高考閱卷來看，低分作文往往是：書寫潦草凌亂，胡亂涂畫，簡單低級錯誤較多(詞不達意，語法錯誤，行文沒有層次性或層次感差，邏輯性混亂等等)，再就是詞數不足，缺少亮點。高分作文：首先是書寫干凈利落，視覺美感強;文章結構勻稱，不頭重腳輕。其次是用詞好，過渡自然流暢，句式豐富，亮點多。
平時老師在講評作文時，經常告訴學生說，作文要得高分，就得有高級句型和高級詞匯;但很多同學在寫作文時，總認為高級句型和高級詞匯很神秘，高不可及。高級句型也是“難于上青天”。其實，未必如此!通過研讀一些優秀的學生習作和歷年高考高分作文，我們發現，很多所謂的高級句型和高級詞匯正是我們老師反復講解和訓練的。下面列舉一些常見且高級的詞匯和句型，供參考。
一.高級詞匯
1.occur 替換 think of
Suddenly I had an idea that someone had broken into my house. → An idea occurred to me that someone had broken into my house. It occurred to me that someone had broken into my house.
2.devote替換spend
He spends all his spare time in reading. →
He devotes all his spare time to reading.
3.seek替換want / look for
They sought ( wanted ) to hide themselves behind the trees.
4.average 替換ordinary
I’m an average ( ordinary ) student.
5.but替換very
The film we saw last night was very interesting. → The film we saw last night was nothing but interesting. The film we saw last night was anything but boring.
6.seat 替換sit
On his way to school, he found an old lady seated (sitting) by the road, looking worried.
7.suppose 替換should
He is supposed to ( should ) have driven more slowly.
8.appreciate 替換thank
Thank you very much for you help. →

18.set aside替換save

20.refer to 替換talk about/of, mention

① 用with復合結構開頭
