直播
1)網絡視頻直播(live video streaming)是指人們可以通過網絡收看到遠端正在進行的現場音視頻實況，比如賽事、會議、教學、手術等等。直播進行時，可以跟觀眾進行實時互動(live interaction)，直播結束后，還可以隨時為觀眾提供重播、點播服務(video on demand, VOD)，發揮直播內容的最大價值。
2)網絡直播最常見的內容有：在線游戲直播(online games)、娛樂活動直播(live entertainment)，以及主播日常直播(host live show)。其中，在線游戲直播用戶上百萬，是主要內容之一。主播日常直播則因為內容監管難度大而成為治理的重點對象。

主播黑名單(black list of hosts)：網絡直播平臺對于停播封號的主播信息及違規視頻進行證據保全，并上傳至北京網絡文化協會數據庫。這個黑名單庫將起到關鍵作用，協會將名單發給各平臺并上報文化主管部門，各平臺在其停播封號期間不得為其提供直播空間。
直播內容存儲不少于15天備查(live streaming contents must be stored for at least 15 days for further inspection)。
