小記者活動(dòng)
幾天前我看了臨川晚報(bào)，20xx年2月13日小記者活動(dòng)在洪客隆舉行。我盼呀！盼呀！終于盼到了這一天，我早早起床，拿了采訪(fǎng)本，記者證，戴上小記者帽，在萬(wàn)老師的帶領(lǐng)下，高高興興來(lái)到洪客隆進(jìn)行活動(dòng)。
A few days ago, I read Linchuan evening news. On February 13, 20xx, a small press event was held in HONGKELONG. I look forward to it! Look forward to it! Finally, I got up early, got an interview book, a press card, and put on a small reporter hat. Under the guidance of Mr. Wan, I came to HONGKELONG happily for activities.
活動(dòng)開(kāi)始，由特級(jí)廚師上課，教我們炒幾道菜，廚師將一道菜寫(xiě)在黑板上名字叫“歡喜元”，主料是五花肉五兩，糯米五兩，配料雞蛋一個(gè)，白糖、南齊、調(diào)料鹽、味精等，我一一把菜的做法記在采訪(fǎng)本上。接著，老師還教了我們做紅燒肉和清湯魚(yú)丸，我都記在采訪(fǎng)本上。講完該吃飯了，香噴噴的菜飯放在桌上，我一看就嘴饞，大家坐在一起細(xì)細(xì)品嘗老師今天講的幾道菜，同學(xué)們吃得津津有味，因?yàn)槲兜栗r美可口。呀！色、香、味、形樣樣到位，這真是特級(jí)廚師手藝呀！
At the beginning of the activity, the super chef taught us how to cook several dishes. The chef wrote a dish on the blackboard called "huanxiyuan". The main ingredients were pork and pork, glutinous rice and eggs, sugar, Nanqi, seasoning salt, monosodium glutamate, etc. I wrote down the practice of the dish in the interview book one by one. Then, the teacher also taught us how to make braised pork and fish balls in clear soup, which I recorded in the interview book. It's time to eat. The delicious dishes are on the table. I'm greedy when I look at them. We sit together and savor some of the dishes the teacher said today. The students eat with relish because they are delicious. Ah! The color, fragrance, taste and shape are all in place, which is really the skill of a super chef!
回家后我迫不及待的買(mǎi)菜料做歡喜元，我按照老師教我們的方法去做，蒸好之后，全家都來(lái)品嘗我做的歡喜圓，大家都說(shuō)：“味道不錯(cuò)就是有點(diǎn)咸。”我吃了雖然味道差一點(diǎn)，但我還是吃得津津有味，因?yàn)槭俏矣H手做的菜，爸爸媽媽還鼓勵(lì)我說(shuō)，第一次做都有失敗，失敗是成功之母，勤奮好學(xué)一定能成功，以后用你的雙手定能做出美味佳肴。
I can't wait to buy vegetables to make huanxiyuan when I go home. I do it according to the way our teacher taught us. After steaming, the whole family will taste the huanxiyuan I made. Everyone says, "it tastes good, but it's a little salty." Although I ate it with poor taste, I still enjoyed it with great relish, because it was the dish I made by myself. My parents also encouraged me to say that the first time I did it, failure is the mother of success. Diligence and studiousness will surely lead to success, and you can make delicious food with your hands in the future.
