It is believed that a orrect ay of education can mould a child to become a promising human resource in the future. Nowadays, a debate arises upon ompetition or co-operation, which should be stressed in school.

Learning to compete can cultivate ones attitude of optimism. It is well known that competition in society is intense. No company or person can escape failures. Since experiencing many failures in competition with their peers in school, these people have built up enough courage to face up to all difficulties they may encounter in the workplace or in their personal lives. Undoubtedly, a course of competition can help children overcome their fears of getting access to society thus getting well prepared for social life in the future.
