I always hear about my friends’ complaining, they say their income is such low that they can’t not make ends meet. At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. While I see another friend, he works so hard, his working hour is very unstable, sometimes he even works until 9 pm. The fact is that he earns the most between my friends. It is true that no pain, no gain, if people want more, they need to pay out more. Comparing to be envy about other people’s great income, we’d better to work hard to realize what we want. There is not short-cut for people to get successful, working hard is the only way.
我總是聽到朋友們的抱怨，他們說收入太少了，以至于無法收支平衡。剛開始，我會為他們感到遺憾，但是長期下來，我發現他們的工作很輕松，他們在辦公室里朝九晚五地坐著，甚至不需要外出跑業務。然而我看到了另外一個朋友，他很努力工作，工作時間不穩定，有時候甚至于工作到晚上九點。事實上，他是我朋友之中賺得最多的'。沒有付出，就沒有收獲， 確實如此，如果人們想要更多，需要付出更多。與其羨慕別人的高收入，不如努力工作來實現我們想要的。成功沒有捷徑，努力工作是唯一的方法。

The farmers harvest by a year of arduous work; the scientists gain achievements by years of devoted researches; students get good marks by working hard; even the little ants have their food by working hard day and night. I know there are always some people who wait for the opportunities falling on them. They may attribute their failures to lack of good chances. Therefore, there are so many people gaining nothing at last. Clever men know that the more effort they make, the bigger chance they will have to be successful.
So, when others achieve their aspirations and you still gain nothing, dont complain about the unfair fate and dont give up, either. Remember: no pains, no gains.
大家都知道，獲得成功的唯一途徑就是辛勤付出。正如那句老話所言：“不推磨，沒面吃。”你見過靠無所事事獲得成功的.人嗎?答案當然是否定的。因此，我們應明白有付出才有收獲這個道理。

I have many hobbies.And after class I usually attend many kinds of activies.
My favourate activity is playing basketball. During this game, on one hand, I can build up my body, make many new friends and, above all, I can learn to coorperate with my teamates.This,I think, will do good to me after I grow up and when I work with others. On the other hand,I can learn many skills and also can help myself to be more cablabe to bare hardship and solve difficulties.Though every time when I finish this game, I am black and white. I will go on playing it the other day.
I also have learned to be brave from the game. One day, when my friends and I were playing basketball, it began to rain. It was not very heavy, but two of my friends wanted to give up. But the other five and I wanted to go on. And we went on playing it. Luckily, two or three minutes later, it stopped rain,so we enjoyed ourself more than before and we learned never to give up if we met any difficulty.
I also like playing chess.I think it is a very good game. By playing chess, I can not only learn to think of the right way to deal with all different matters,but also learn to contral myself. When the situation is good, I have learned not to be proud;when it is not good, I have learned not to lose heart.
I also join in some other activities,such as swimming, running, playing computer games, visiting friends and so on.
In a word, from all these activities, I have learned a lot and I believe It will help me a lot and I will go on with it.
我有很多愛好。課后我通常參加各種活動。
我最喜歡的活動是打籃球。在這場比賽中，一方面，我可以鍛煉自己的身體，結交很多新朋友，最重要的是，我可以學會與隊友合作。我想，這對我長大后，當我與他人合作。另一方面，我可以學到很多技能，也可以幫助自己更加勇敢地去承受困難，解決困難。雖然每次我完成這個游戲時，我都是黑白分明的。改天我會繼續玩。
我也從比賽中學會了勇敢。一天，當我和我的朋友們正在打籃球時，下起了雨。它不是很重，但我的`兩個朋友想放棄。但其他五個和我想繼續。我們繼續玩它。幸運的是，兩三分鐘后，雨停了，我們比以前玩得更開心，我們學會了遇到任何困難都不要放棄。
我也喜歡下棋。我認為這是一個很好的游戲。通過下棋，我不僅可以學會思考正確的方法來處理所有不同的事情，還可以學會控制自己。情況好的時候，我學會了不驕傲；情況不好的時候，我學會了不灰心。
我還參加一些其他的活動，如游泳、跑步、玩電腦游戲、拜訪朋友等等。
總之，從所有這些活動中，我學到了很多東西，我相信這對我有很大幫助，我會繼續下去。
