　　篇一：自我增值的方式 The Way to Get Self-improvement

　　　As the saying that it is never too late to learn, people are advocated to learn all their lives. Today the world is changing fast, if we get satisfied and stop to improve ourselves, then we will be kicked out soon, so self-improvement are in need of. Reading is the most effective way to get improved. Books provide us all kinds of knowledge, we can know better about the world and make ourselves the smart persons. Another way is to go to the gym. Doing exercise not only makes us look perfect, but also helps us live the healthy lifestyle. So many people work in the office and don’t have the time to exercise, so they get sick easily. Only the strong body can make people live well. Reading and taking exercise are the best ways to get self-improvement, it also cost less.

　　俗話說活到老學(xué)到老,人們提倡終身學(xué)習(xí)。今天世界變化得很快,如果我們因為滿足而去停止提高自己,那么我們很快就會被淘汰,所以自我增值是迫在眉睫。閱讀是增值的最有效方式。書給我們提供了各種各樣的知識,使得我們可以更好的了解世界,讓自己成為聰明的人。另一種方法是去健身,鍛煉不僅讓我們看起來完美,同時也幫助我們擁有健康的生活方式。很多人在辦公室工作,沒有時間運(yùn)動,所以他們很容易生病。只有強(qiáng)壯的身體可以讓人過得好。閱讀和鍛煉是自我增值最好的方法,也是最便宜得方式。

　　篇二：學(xué)校藝術(shù)節(jié) The Art Festival In School

　　 This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so creative, it reflected the students’ wisdom. Though we were busy with our subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it their talent. I should learn from them and develop some interest.

　　這個周末,我們學(xué)校有一個藝術(shù)節(jié),已經(jīng)舉辦了五年,學(xué)校堅持舉辦，讓它成為特色。我是如此興奮,這對我來說是第一次加入。清晨,我看到有許多人來到校園,讓校園變得熱鬧起來。學(xué)生們盛裝打扮,給客人們以最熱烈的歡迎。我走來走去,欣賞畫作,每一幅畫都是由學(xué)生制作,這些作品,給我留下了非常深刻的印象。也有一些手工,很有創(chuàng)意,它反映了學(xué)生的智慧。盡管我們大部分時間都在忙于學(xué)習(xí),但是一些學(xué)生仍然繼續(xù)他們的愛好,使之成為他們的才華。我應(yīng)該向他們學(xué)習(xí)，發(fā)展一些興趣愛好。

　　　Recently, I saw a video, it was about how the foreigners thought about Chinese tourists. As Chinese economy develops fast, the life standard has improved greatly, a lot of people have money to travel abroad. The foreign media reported the crazy situation that Chinese tourists created. They bought a lot of things and promoted the economy. In the foreigners’ eyes, Chinese tourists are rich, but at the same time, they were annoyed by the acts from Chinese tourists. Some of them would like to write some words in the tourist sites and some people would spit anytime and anywhere. They felt bad about it. When we are in the foreign countries, what we do somehow presents the image of our motherland, so it is important to act politely. We need to change the bad habits and become the gentlemen and ladies.

　　最近,我看到一個視頻,是關(guān)于外國人如何看待中國游客。隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,生活標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大大提高了,很多人有錢出國旅行。外國媒體報道由中國游客引起的瘋狂情況。他們買了很多東西,帶動了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。在外國人眼中,中國的'游客都很有錢,但與此同時,他們對中國游客的行為感到煩惱。他們中的一些人會在旅游景刻字,并且有些人會隨時隨地吐痰。當(dāng)我們在國外時,我們代表著祖國的形象,所以禮貌的行為是很重要的。我們需要改變壞習(xí)慣,成為紳士和淑女。

　　篇四：切都會好起來 It Will be Better

　　 When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step. She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the hard moment and become a strong person.

　　當(dāng)我去中學(xué)的時候,我很難適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境,因為有太多的科目要學(xué),我落后于其他同學(xué)。我不知道要做什么,我只是想離開學(xué)校。我跟朋友談到了我的煩惱,她告訴我,我有太多的壓力,她建議我放松,一步一步取得進(jìn)展。她說有一天一切都會變好的。現(xiàn)在我取得了進(jìn)展,當(dāng)我回首過去的日子,這對我來說只是一個小問題。我走過了艱難的時刻,成為一個堅強(qiáng)的人。

　　篇五：當(dāng)我累了 When I Am Tired

　　　The high school life is never easy for me. On one hand, I have to learn so many subjects, for the purpose of entering a good university. On the other hand, I am so afraid of lagging behind other students. I always feel like I am in the competition and sometimes I want to get away from this situation. When I am tired, I try not to think about the study, I will go to the cinema and watch a movie. Losing in the movie can help me forget about the annoyance and laugh out loudly. Sometimes I will ask my friends to go to the restaurant, buffet is my favorite. Eating all kinds of food and we play some fun games is also a good way for me to be happy. When I am back, I will be full of energy and fight for my future.

　　我的高中生活從來都不容易。一方面,我必須學(xué)習(xí)很多科目,為了進(jìn)入一個好的大學(xué)。另一方面,我很害怕落后于其他同學(xué)。我總是感覺我在競爭,有時我想要擺脫這種情況。當(dāng)我累了,我試著不去想學(xué)習(xí),我將會去看電影,看電影。失去的電影可以幫助我忘記煩惱和大聲笑了出來。有時候我會問我的朋友去餐廳,自助餐是我的最愛。吃各種各樣的食物,我們玩一些有趣的游戲也是一個好方法讓我很高興。當(dāng)我回來,我將充滿能量和為我的未來而戰(zhàn)。
