注：i.e. 意為“that is”;e.g. 意思是 “for example.” 二者后面都要加逗號。

對：We will effect several changes during the downtime.
注：Impact 不是動詞。你可以考慮用 affect 來代替：

注：當一個句子以 If 開頭時，你并不需要接著來一個 then，Then 完全是多余的：
