活動通知范文介紹：
星期一上午將舉行一次消防演習，全體職工必須遵守以下程序：
1.In the event of a fire, the ALARM will ring. On hearing the fire alarm, all staff should evacuate the building by the appropriate fire exits. The assembly area is the staff carpark at the rear of the building.
1、在火災發生時，報警會響。火災報警時，消防人員應按消防通道撤離建筑物。裝配區在樓后面的員工停車場。
2.If you are not at your place of work at the time, don’t go back to it to collect personalbelongings.
2、如果你不在你工作的地方的時候，不回它收集的個人物品。
3.Evacuate the building even if the alarm stops.
3、即使報警停止，疏散建筑物。
4.If you discover a fire, shout “Fire” and operate the nearest fire alarm. Attack the fire with an extinguisher but don’t take any risks.
4、如果你發現了一個火，喊著“火”，并操作最近的火警。用滅火器滅火，但不承擔任何風險。
5.Don’t return to your place of work until your Fire Marshal gives the all-clear.
5、直到你的.消防隊給了所有的明確的工作，不要回到你的工作地點。
If anything is unclear, inform 2456.
如不清楚，通知2456。
團體通知因為面向的是某一特定團體，由于人數眾多，所以寫通知時要注意可 操作性、統一性和目的明確性，所以最好多釆用祈使句，這樣通知接受方在實際實 行中比較容易操作，而且也有利于統一步調，但語氣要保持中立和平和，可釆用如下表達法：

2、Do not go back to collect personal belongings if you are not at your place of work at the time.
2、如果你不在你工作的時間，你不回去收個人財物。
3、You’d better evacuate the building even if the alarm stops.
3、即使報警停止，你最好還是疏散。
