Everyone needs friends,and if you fail to make friends,you should examine yourself and see if there is something wrong with your personality.
人人都需要朋友，若你在交朋友方面總是失敗，就該反省自己，看是否你的個性有什么問題。
May be you have social faults such as snobbishness,talkativeness and using slangetc. which drive away your new acquaintances.Whatever your social faults may be,look at them honestly and make real effort to correct them.
或許你有些在社交上應該避諱一些缺點，比如勢力、饒舌、說臟話等，這些都會妨礙你結交新朋友。無論你有什么社交缺點，都該正視它們，盡力摒棄。
To be friendly you must feel friendly.Cheerfulness is the basis of friendliness.A cheerful person smiles.A smile is a magnet which draws people.Smile at someone and you are almost sure to get a smile in return.
要友善，你一定要給人友好的感覺：快樂是友善的基礎。一個快樂的人總會面帶微笑。微笑好似有吸引力的磁鐵，你對別人微笑，你也會得到他微笑的回報。
A friendly person does his best to make a stranger feel at home,wherever he happens to be.Put yourself in the other fellow's place and make them feel welcome.

Try to remember names.It makes your new acquaintances feel happy when you call them by their names.It gives them the feeling that they have made an impression on you and that mean something to them because you remember them.
盡量記住人名。對新認識的朋友直呼其名會令他們很高興，他們會覺得你對他有了一定的'印象，這說明你記住了他們，這對他們很重要。
If you don't agree with other people on a certain matter,you should appear to be friendly.Don't argue,but discuss.You always lose friends if you argue too much.
若在某件事上你不能與別人達成一致意見，你該表現出友好。可以討論，但不要爭吵。爭吵過甚會使你失去朋友。
A friendly person thinks of others,and doesn't insist on his own "rights".People who refuse to consider others have few friends.

Finally,don't treat people only according to their social positions.Really friendly people respect everyone at all times.

A man who is careful in choosing friends will certainly derive benefit from them. Why? Because there are more false friends than real ones in this world. To have one real friends is better than a hundred false ones. Friends who flatter you to your face are not true friends.
We must make friends with those who have good character and kindness of heart. On the other hand, we should do our best to a void keeping company with bad people.
一個小心選擇朋友的人一定會從他們那里獲得益處。為什么?因為在這個世界里假朋友比真朋友要多。有一個真朋友要比有一百個假朋友來得好。凡是當面奉承你的朋友不是真朋友。
我們必須和凡是具有良好品格和心地善良的人交朋友。反過來說，我們應盡力避免結交壞人。

Friendship is essential in one’s life. A person without friends will not get happiness in his life. So we need to make friends.
友誼對人的一聲是很重要的。一個沒有朋友的人，他的人生不會幸福。所以我們需要交朋友。
Friends can help us know more variety people, open our vision. We can learn a lot of things from them. The most obvious thing is we all are the apple of our parents’ eyes. They will do everything to make us happy. As a result, we are growing as the flowersin the greenhouse. We can’t live without our parents. However, we can learn to communicate ,learn to care others and learn to be indipendence through friends. So I think making friends is very important.
朋友可以讓我們認識更多不同的人，開闊我們的視野。我們從朋友身上可以學到很多東西。最明顯的是我們都是父母的掌上明珠。他們會盡一切努力來使我們快樂。這樣，我們就像是溫室里的花朵。沒有父母我們根本就活不下去。但是，通過交朋友我們可以學會溝通，學會關心他人，學會獨立。所以我認為交朋友是很重要的。
Making friends is good , but it doesn’t mean that people should make friends with any person. Some people will do harm to us. As the saying goes,”A friend in need is a friend indeed.” If a friend abandons you in the difficulty. Personally speaking, he doesn’t deserve your friendship.
交朋友是好的，但這并不意味著人們應該與所有人交朋友。有些人對我們是有害的。俗話說，“患難見真情。”如果一個在困境的時候拋棄你的朋友。就我個人而言，他是不值得擁有你的友誼的。
In a word,making friends with right people is full of benefit.
總之，跟對的人交朋友是很有用的。
