其實我們大家都有個共同的壞習慣，那就是愛吃垃圾食品。
那什么是垃圾食品呢?我們平常最愛吃的肯德基、麥當勞、開心湯姆里面的油炸食品就是垃圾食品，還有就是學校門口賣的.小食品也是垃圾食品。
我給大家舉一個吃肯德基的例子：有一個人，他每天都是吃肯德基，結果長的比豬還胖，多難看。同學們經常吃學校門口店子里的小食品也容易引起腸胃不好。
所以我們大家一定不要吃肯德基和其他的三無產品。
